. Type of situations. In order to regulate the degree of compatibility, the following five (5) possible situations of the different uses described in the plan are distinguished:
-Option 1: on each floor of a building with non-exclusive use, except for those corresponding to the first floor or mezzanine and those falling under Situation 2.

- Option 2: on the first floor with direct access from the public road; on the first floor with direct access from the public road and associated with a semi-basement, basement or second floor.

- Option 3: on a floor (or floors) immediately above the first floor with direct access from the public street, which is different from that of the apartments. In existing buildings, the floors immediately above the first floor that are not used for residential purposes are considered to be in this situation.

- Option 4: In a building with exclusive use

- Option 5: In an open space on a plot of land.

(2) Irrespective of the uses permitted under the conditions specified for Option 2, the following uses are permitted on the first floors if they are permitted in the area:

(a) Magatzems

(b) security

c) Sanitary facilities, excluding hospitalization, in buildings with exclusive use

d) Religious purposes, in buildings for exclusive use.

e) Parking garages.

f) Infrastructure facilities required for the efficient consumption of energy and water resources in the building.

3. only rooms such as storage rooms, technical rooms, garages and toilets are permitted on floors or parts of floors that are considered semi-subterranean for residential purposes. They cannot be used as living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens or bedrooms.

4. the development plan may provide for buildings as real estate complexes for private and public uses, whereby the coexistence and compatibility of these uses are specifically regulated in the aforementioned instrument.
