The Mallorcan-style house has an entrance area, 2 bedrooms and a shower room on the first floor. From the hallway you enter the spectacular living/dining area. On the left-hand side you can sit comfortably around the fireplace, while the right-hand side is entirely dedicated to culinary delights. Here you will find a long, massive dining table with a fantastic chandelier, some antiques and the open, modern kitchen. Between the kitchen and dining area is another room with comfortable seating. The partially covered terrace in front of the living area enchants with a fantastic unobstructed view over the countryside to the sea. Another terrace right next to the house and a large, sunny terrace in front of the house offer wonderful retreats.
The master bedroom with spacious en-suite bathroom is located on the upper floor. There is space here for both a corner bath and a large, modern shower.
When building the country house, the owners attached great importance to remaining in the Mallorcan style and they also took a sensitive approach to the furnishings. One or two pieces of antique furniture can be purchased. The modern open kitchen was added just a few years ago and the house can be extended to a total of 200 m². A pool can also be built.
A newly built laundry and drying room with shower room close to the house is not protected and can be relocated to the legal extension of the house or to the basement.
