The property is located on a hill of Rotes Velles, which belongs to the popular resort of Santa Ponsa and is only 350m from Playa de Santa Ponsa.

This in turn is part of the municipality of Calvià in the west of the island of Mallorca, in the region of the Pariatge. It borders Estellencs and Puigpunyent to the north, Palma to the east, Andratx to the west and the Mediterranean Sea to the south.

A number of towns and urbanizations belong to the municipality of Calvià. These use the same quality label and have the same identity characteristics, although each of these places has peculiarities that characterize it: Cas Català - Illetes, Bendinat - Portals Nous, Magaluf, Palmanova, Santa Ponça, Peguera, Calvià Vila and es Capdellà.

The municipality has 54 km of coastline and an extensive forest area in the interior. Here the sun shines 300 days a year.

The area around Calvià is protected against the north winds by the Tramuntana mountains and by numerous forests that can be hiked all year round.
