As you enter the property, you will find the main house on your left, which is spread over two floors. On the first floor we have a spacious living and dining area with a cozy fireplace and an open plan, fully equipped kitchen. There are also two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and one with access to the terrace. The living areas are surrounded by a conservatory, which also offers plenty of space for dining, relaxing and working while enjoying the view of the pool.
On the upper floor, which can be reached via a side external staircase, there is a recently modernized and very pretty studio with a bedroom, bathroom, a small kitchen and a fairly large living area.
A few steps away is the separate guest house, which is also modernized, well-designed and has its own garage. The highlight here is the large terrace with fantastic views.
In another building there are two generously sized rooms that can be used in different ways. Whether you set up a workshop, an office or a storage room here is entirely up to you. There is also another garage for a car.
Last but not least, we would like to highlight the incredibly beautiful and very well-kept garden with saltwater pool. Here you can relax and unwind next to the meter-high, shady palm trees.
