The tadelakt walls and wooden flooring create a pleasant atmosphere. The separate WC with corner washbasin was finished with high-quality marble. The kitchen has been preserved in its original dimensions and is equipped with a gas hob, an electric stove, a seating area and appliances for a fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a delightful niche above the dining area for your favorite things. From the kitchen you enter the spacious living room (approx. 28 square meters), which was newly built in brick and is slightly lower. From the living room you can access the cozy covered terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the garden. The living room has its own fireplace with stove for cozy evenings. A light-flooded, beautiful large room is located above the new building with roof and gable windows. In the garden there are kish trees, walnuts, pears, apples and chestnuts.
