This country house with a large plot of land, mature trees and its own well would like to be awakened from its slumber. Here you can ideally realize the dream of self-sufficiency with greenhouses and animals, the well is very productive and there are no neighbors who would be bothered by keeping animals. The location is ideal for leading a relaxed life, but you can also quickly reach Héviz or Lake Balaton via the country road. The idyllic house was built by a German owner 30 years ago in a kind of Bavarian country house style on a solid concrete foundation and apart from a few signs of wear and tear caused by the weather it has no significant damage, a new kitchen is required. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove, the installation of a tiled stove would be an option here, the hot water is generated by an electric boiler, and it would of course also make sense to invest in a solar system, as the roof is south-facing.
