Framed in a beautiful landscape, typically Mediterranean, is the estate of Morell, a possible farmhouse of Islamic origin. It is classified as a property of cultural and singular interest by the Government of the Balearic Islands.
The partial rehabilitation carried out does not affect the whole of the property, as can be seen from the images provided, but only a small, although important, part of it: the owners’ house. While fully respecting the character of the building, it has been stripped of unfortunate additions and a staircase has been introduced, previously non-existent, which connects all the floors of the building, trying to revalue the entire interior, completely renovated.
The plot is 355 hectares and the constructed area is 4,667 m2. The main house, restored in 2002, is 1,800 m2 and has a chapel, among other outbuildings,
It has its own water source and private hunting reserve.
