The country house from 1979 includes a nearly 2.200m² large, completely fenced plot in a Mediterranean environment and 220m² living space, a well-kept garden with pool and several terraces.

Rustic tiles in country style and exposed wooden ceiling beams give this family home a Mediterranean flair. Tall pines and palm trees complete the Mediterranean ambience.

All bedrooms have double beds and some have large built-in wardrobes. The ceiling-high tiled bathrooms are equipped with bathtub or shower.

The fitted kitchen has ample storage space and all necessary electrical appliances. A door here gives you access to a courtyard.

In addition to the green areas, a total of five spacious terraces belong to your vacation home, which are all oriented differently, so you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun all day long. If it gets too hot for you, you can refresh yourself in the pool or retreat to the interior. This can be cooled via an air conditioner with heat pump. In winter, a fireplace and electric heating provide cozy warmth. Double-glazed windows additionally support the heat regulation in the house.

A garage and a guest apartment provide additional comfort. And if you feel like having fresh eggs every day, you can use the existing chicken coop.

Access to your property is via an asphalt road and is free from road and aircraft noise. Electricity is supplied by GESA and water from a community well.

Marratxí is a fast-growing municipality on the Spanish Balearic island of Mallorca, which is part of the northeastern suburban area of the capital Palma.

With 37,193 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2019), Marratxí is one of the larger municipalities on the island. However, it does not have a main town of the same name, but consists of a number of suburban settlements such as Sa Cabaneta, Pla de Na Tesa, Pòrtol and Pont d'Inca. The municipality is named after the small hamlet of Marratxinet, which is still rural. By far the most populous part of the municipality is Pont d'Inca, which has already grown together with the large city of Palma for decades. In 2007, the proportion of foreigners was 4.48% (1395 people), the proportion of German residents was 0.96% (299 people). In addition, 38 Dutch, 19 Austrians and 8 Swiss lived in the municipality. The locals call themselves Marratxiner or Marratxinera.

Marratxí is known for the production of ceramics and dried peppers. In the municipality is the Son Bonet airfield, which served as the main airport until the inauguration of the current Son Sant Juan airport in 1960.
