AIRE RESIDENCIAL Costa Blanca Sur / Orihuela Costa (Alicante) CONSTRUCTION AND QUALITY DESCRIPTION FUNDAMENT Foundation by means of foundations braced in both directions and sanitary basement slab to isolate the apartments from the ground in basement-less apartment blocks (Block 2). Bi-directionally braced foundations and composite slab in apartment blocks with underground parking (blocks 1 and 3). The foundation and shell will be guaranteed by an approved Technical Inspection Body (OCT) and will comply with the specifications of the geotechnical survey and the applicable shell regulations. TRAGWERK shell construction combines reinforced concrete with columns and metal components, ribbed ceilings in the floors and solid ceiling slabs in corridors and stair areas. FACADE The facade includes novel elements with overhanging terraces offset in different directions with glazed railings. WALLS AND INSULATION The partition walls between the apartments consist of a double plasterboard on galvanized steel profiles, each with sound insulation with rock wool, and, depending on the apartment, a ½ foot thick partition wall made of ceramic bricks or a galvanized steel partition plate. The interior walls of each apartment are also finished with gypsum board on galvanized steel profiles filled with rock wool for sound insulation. The floors between the apartments have impact sound insulation. The floor on the first floor also has thermal and sound insulation in accordance with TA Bau (CTE). INTERIOR COVERING Smooth dispersion paint on gypsum board (* color can be chosen from the personalization catalog at no extra charge). Suspended ceiling in plasterboard throughout the apartment, with inspection openings in the bathroom (main or secondary bathroom, depending on the type) for installation and maintenance of any air conditioning system.
